About Timothy P. Field, P.A.
Originally from the Chicago area, Tim and his family moved here in 1952. Having grown up in downtown Sarasota & Longboat Key, he has seen many changes over the years. Tim's career is varied from the resort business at Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, opening The Contemporary Hotel-Walt Disney World, managing Longboat Key Club and developing property on Longboat Key.
Tim's career in real estate began with his salesman license in 1969 followed by his broker’s license in 1973. He has owned his own real estate sales and development company and managed Arvida Realty Sales in the middle 90s through its progression into a general brokerage operation from new home sales. Tim rejoined Michael Saunders in 2003 and is the Editor of The MS&C Real Estate Report.
